We’ve compiled answers to the most frequently asked questions from our clients. This section will guide you through everything you need to know.

We follow the requirements set by the National Fire Protection Agency. The frequency of cleaning depends upon the type and volume of cooking.

- Solid fuel systems (wood ovens, charcoal grills) must be cleaned monthly.
- High volume operations need to be cleaned quarterly.
- Moderate volume kitchens should be cleaned every six months.
- Low volume cooking can be cleaned as little as once per year.

We do clean the hood filters as part of our standard service. However, we recommend that kitchen staff clean their filters at least once per week.

Upon completion of your exhaust cleaning service, your invoice will include a report of our regular inspection, as well as a checklist of all parts of your system that were cleaned. We will also place a sticker on your hood certifying the date of cleaning.

Remove all items from your cooking equipment. Provide access to your roof (if necessary). We will handle the rest.
